We provide free USPS Priority Mail shipping on all XPULT catapults shipped within the United States. We usually process orders received by 4PM EST the same business day. Our USPS pickup however is between 10AM and 11AM EST, so you order may not actually leave our warehouse until the following business day.
We do all of our shipping from our facility in Old Forge, Pennsylvania. We typically process your order the same business day if we receive your order by 4PM EST. If for some reason we can not ship your order in that time frame we will contact you. Our default shipping method for orders shipping within the United States is USPS Priority Mail, unless next day delivery is selected during checkout. The typical transit time for USPS Priority Mail is 1-3 days, excluding Sundays.
Next day delivery through FedEx is available for an additional charge. The FedEx pickup time for next day delivery is 2PM EST. If you must have an Xpult catapult the following day we must receive your order by 1:30PM EST.
We can ship to nearly every country on earth. We ship via FedEx or the United States Postal Service (Air/EMS service), which generally provides one-week delivery. International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees required by your local government at time of delivery. The shipping company prepays these charges for you. If you refuse to pay the charges, the package will be abandoned and you will not receive any refund as the package will not be returned to us.
